Volunteering with TCPP

Help us with the
2023 Twin Cities Pagan
Pride Fall Festival
(Saturday, September 9th)

Set up includes setting up popup/canopy tents, moving benches, and marking vendor spaces, as well as directing the vendors to their booths once they start arriving, and helping unload. If you are an early bird, this is the place for you! We start as early as 6:00am (marking spaces), but also can use some later arrivals to direct traffic and help with other setup. (Note – parking is a breeze when you arrive early. Bonus!)
Tear down is kind of like set up, but in reverse. Take down tents, pack up items, load vehicles, scan the park for any trash or left behind items that need to be picked up/removed from the park grounds. Tear down starts at 6:00pm and the park is a lot more crowded then, so getting vehicles in and out can be more challenging.
We also need a few volunteers to work the Information tent – giving people information about paganism in general, about TCPP (its events and mission), and about the festival and where to find things.
