Becoming a Vendor
The Twin Cities Pagan Pride Fall Festival will be held Saturday, September 6th, 2025.
Vending applications now available!
Please read the information carefully BEFORE APPLYING
because a lot has changed since last year.
Fall Festival Vendor Spaces are:
Single 10′ x 10′ spaces – $75
Double 20′ x 10′ spaces – $150
Community spaces 10′ x 10′ (no sales) – $25
Food Vendors – 10% of gross sales
Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays.
A $25 credit is provided to vendors/community groups who provide programming (rituals, music/performance, presentations). If interested, please contact programming@tcpaganpride.org.
Please make sure you read our vendor policies and download the MN ST19. You must submit a filled out and signed ST19 form with your vendor application or it will not be accepted. All vendors must submit the ST19 form even if you are not making any sales (there is a checkbox on the form for you to indicate that). There is more information on the Minnesota Department of Revenue site if you need to obtain a MN Tax ID, or you think you qualify for an exemption. Please note: there is a way to sign the form in Adobe, if you don’t know how to do this, you will need to print it, sign it, and scan it back in (or photograph it).
UNSIGNED OR INCORRECTLY FILLED OUT FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Due to problems with cars on the park grounds, especially in the evening when there are a lot of people still around, this year there will be NO DRIVING NEXT TO THE FALLS. You will enter the park to the north off Godfrey Pkwy and circle the stage to load and unload. If you have a space closer to the falls, you will need to bring a wagon or cart to unload your tent/merchandise from down by the bandshell and transport it up to your space on foot. IF YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO THIS, please note in special requests that you need a space closer to the bandshell.
Secondly, we will also be lowering the number of spaces this year to reduce the traffic, and so we will be jurying the applications. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED BETWEEN JUNE 1ST AND JULY 20TH ONLY. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE. After July 20th, we will decided who will get a space and notify the applicants of their status and push through the charges to those that have been accepted. Please make sure that whatever payment method you use will be viable around the end of July. Your space will also be assigned at this time. If you have a certain location or space you want, or want to be adjacent to another vendor, or need to be closer to the load/unload area, make sure to put that in your application.
Food vendors will be handled differently and will be accepted and charged or rejected when they apply. All food vendors will be placed to the left (west) of the bandshell to the north of the sidewalk.
You will also be assigned a half hour slot for unloading in the morning. You will only be allowed to have a vehicle on the park during that time. Make sure you arrive on time and unload and remove your vehicle as soon as possible. The available time slots are 7:15-7:45, 7:50-8:20, 8:25-8:55, and 9:00-9:30. You will be able to indicate a first and second choice of time slot as part of your application. Do not choose the same slot as your first and second choice; they must be different.
In the evening for loading, please DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE ONTO THE PARK UNTIL YOU ARE 100% PACKED UP AND READY TO LOAD. Any one who brings their vehicle onto the park at 6:00pm has either broken the do-not-pack-up-until-6:00pm rule OR the do-not-drive-onto-the-park-until-you-are-packed rule. This will be noted in your account and will likely affect your eligibility for participation in future events.
Food vendors should be on park grounds by 10:00am when we open and also enter from Godfrey Pkwy.
