Becoming a Vendor
The Twin Cities Pagan Pride Fall Festival will be held Saturday, September 6th, 2025.

Fall Festival Vendor Spaces are:
Single 10′ x 10′ spaces – $75
Double 20′ x 10′ spaces – $150
Community spaces 10′ x 10′ (no sales) – $25
Food Vendors – 10% of gross sales
Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays.
A $25 credit is provided to vendors/community groups who provide programming (rituals, music/performance, presentations). If interested, please contact programming@tcpaganpride.org.
Please make sure you read our vendor policies and download the MN ST19. You must submit a filled out and signed ST19 form with your vendor application or it will not be accepted. All vendors must submit the ST19 form even if you are not making any sales (there is a checkbox on the form for you to indicate that). There is more information on the Minnesota Department of Revenue site if you need to obtain a MN Tax ID, or you think you qualify for an exemption. Please note: there is a way to sign the form in Adobe, if you don’t know how to do this, you will need to print it, sign it, and scan it back in (or photograph it).
UNSIGNED OR INCORRECTLY FILLED OUT FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Our registration system called Eventeny. You will be required to make an Eventeny account to use the system, but you can use the same account for any registration with any event that uses Eventeny (including us every year). This account will allow you to make updates to your registration up until it has been accepted.
Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed within 24-48 hours for accuracy and the ST19. If everything is correct, it will be accepted and the fees charged. Your space will also be assigned at this time. If you have a certain location or space you want, make sure to put that in your application. Please note: if your special request is to be next to/near another specific vendor, please ask that vendor to register around the same time you do. Keep in mind that the earlier you register, the more likely you are to get the space you want.
You will also be assigned a half hour slot for unloading in the morning. You will only be allowed to have a vehicle on the park during that time. Make sure you arrive on time and unload and remove your vehicle as soon as possible. The available time slots are 7:15-7:45, 7:50-8:20, 8:25-8:55, and 9:00-9:30. You will be able to indicate a first and second choice of time slot as part of your application.
