FIRST FLOOR

Room 114 – Hay River Firehaven and Deeply Rooted
This is a shared space for Hay River Firehaven and Deeply Rooted, both 501c3 landed churches in Wisconsin. 

Room 115 – Druids of the Midwest
Interested in learning about Druidism/Druidry? Would you like to pursue harmony, connection, and reverence for the natural world? Come talk with the Druids of the Midwest! The Druids of the Midwest party suite is sponsored by representatives of Groves/groups from many Orders as well as several individuals. Druids from all locations and across many paths will be there to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. They include: the Reformed Druids of North America (RDNA): Koad Grove, and representatives from RDNA; from Ár nDraíocht Féin: A Druid Fellowship (ADF): representatives from ADF; from the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids (OBOD): the Shining Mountains OBOD Grove of Montana and representatives from OBOD; Northern Roots Grove, a non-affiliated pan-Druid Grove, Twin Cities, MN; from the Ancient Order of Druids in America (AODA): Gnostic Celtic Church and representatives from AODA: individual representation by Gerrie Ordaz, Rick and Lisa Felger, Chris Eldridge and Mary McLay.
Our theme for the weekend will be ‘Welcome to the Forest – where all the trees dance together’. We will be hosting many engaging and informative activities throughout the weekend. Some of the planned ones for the weekend so far include ‘meet and greets’, ‘The Un-Silent Minutes’ each day followed by community ritual and community discussion, watercolors, how to make runes, a sit and stitch, tea party and more. Room 118 – Harmony Tribe

Harmony Tribe will be promoting their annual event, Sacred Harvest Festival. They will provide some finger foods and beverages, with interesting discussions. 

SECOND FLOOR

Room 213 – Pagans of Color and Culture
The Pagans of Color and Culture have curated a special track of programming this year, featuring presenters personally invited by members of the community. Its purpose is to uplift the rich diversity of voices, traditions, and lineages that have long enriched pagan practice, while offering a space for rest, connection, and cultural expression. The track is about honoring community leadership, creating intentional space, and celebrating the many cultures, perspectives, and spiritual paths that strengthen our wider pagan community. They are also hosting this room to encourage further discussion and to provide a comfortable and sacred space to fellowship as both People of Color and People of Culture.

Room 214 – Alliance Coven
The Alliance Coven is a Wiccan-based LGBTQIA+ and poly inclusive coven based in the Twin Cities. We foster a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all practitioners regardless of race, background, sexuality, gender identity, age, or experience level.

Room 215 – Pagan Fellowship
Pagan Fellowship is a shared hospitality and gathering space hosted by Northern Pagan Church, Minnesota Old Ways, and The Troth, focused on community, education, and inclusive pagan practice for all ages. Expect a warm, social room suited for conversation and connection, with comfortable seating, family-friendly activities, and a quiet shrine. We will offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, plus light snacks. We also offer a light activity program of casual hangout time and gentle touch-points like morning and evening story time, short discussions inspired by the Sacred Tree, and shared ceremony. Our goal is a communal hearth where you can pause, reconnect, and build relationships throughout the weekend.

Room 217 – Sweetwood Temenos
Sweetwood Temenos is a Neo-Pagan church and private state-licensed campground located in SW Wisconsin. They plan for discussions and some snacks. 

Room 218 – Reiki Magick
Welcome to Reiki Magick’s party room, where the mystical and magical come to life! Join us for enchanting discussions on all things witchy, from meditation to ritual basics, and enjoy lively musical entertainment in the evening. Indulge in a delicious spread of hot food served Friday and Saturday night along with light snacks available throughout the day. Quench your thirst with a selection of non-alcoholic beverages as you learn more about Magickal Discoveries – Thee Witchy Con of the North in November 2026 in Duluth, MN!  An event to explore a world of wonder and magic as you dive into workshops, demonstrations, and gatherings that celebrate the art of witchcraft.

Room 219 – Earth House Project
The Earth House Project is a non-profit organization formed with the intent of building a community center. They have a Midsummer Gather, and the 2026 theme is “Opening the Door”. They will have a hotel-safe “campfire” to chat around and some snacks and beverages.
