Paganicon is at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, 7800 Normandale Blvd in Bloomington, MN. It is located northwest of the intersection of I-494 and MN 100.

Notes about the hotel: 
The dates default to Friday-Sunday. In step 1 of 4, BEFORE selecting a room type, you will need to adjust those dates at the top of the screen if you want to book additional days.
There are three areas that your room can be in. The Garden Court is right by the pool, and adjacent to the party suites. The second floor of the Garden Court is a short walk to the conference area, with no stairs or elevator needed. The Plaza Tower is on the far side of the hotel, and the elevators are at the very edge of the conference area. The Vista tower is in the center of the hotel, and the elevators let you out right next to the conference area. If you prefer one area over another, call the hotel to request it.

Accessibility

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel has a lot of great points for those with access or mobility concerns.

  • Our event is on two floors but there are two banks of elevators located in key areas
  • Bathrooms include room to maneuver and handicapped stalls
  • Accessible sleeping rooms are available on request
  • Sleeping rooms have mini refrigerators to store medications or special foods, as well as microwaves
  • Our vendor room and art show have aisles wide enough for wheelchairs or other mobility devices

We should note that we do not expect this to be a scent-free event (some of our vendors sell incense, oils or other scented items), though we always request of vendors, ritualists and attendees to be careful in their use of scent and to consider those with scent allergies.

Food choices:

We work with the hotel to try and provide a range of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free, sugar free and other allergy-friendly options. However, if you have any serious restrictions, you may want to consider bringing some food with you in case. Note that there are also many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and many other restaurants within driving distance that will deliver. 

Transportation:

The hotel has a free shuttle running to and from the MSP airport.
