The Paganicon Vendor room is curated and so you must fill out an application to be considered for inclusion. The vendor application period for the Paganicon 2023 will begin in August and go through the end of September. Vendors will be notified of their status by mid-October and payment for the space must be made in full at that time.
When the application is available, it will be posted here, so make sure to keep checking back or sign up for our mailing list to be notified.
The hours for the vendor room will be the same as previous years: Friday 12pm-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm. Vendor set up starts Friday morning at 8am and tear down is Sunday evening starting at close.

- All vendors must complete the Minnesota State ST19 form in order to vend. This must be turned in before you set up your space. If you fill it out and email it to the “vendors” email in advance, you won’t need to worry about finding and/or forgetting it when you come!
- All vendors are also expected to be familiar with our vendor policies, available in the application, or by request.
