The Paganicon Healing & Divination room is open throughout the weekend on Friday 12pm-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm.
The room is open to the public and divided into six cubicles (three for Healers and three for Readers) that are separated by curtains. The Healer cubicles are approximately 8ft x 11ft and contain a massage table (sheets and face cradles provided) and two chairs. The Reader cubicles are approximately 7ft x 10ft and contain one table and three chairs.
You can purchase 2-hour shifts in the room for $15 each. You set your own prices and collect your own fees. NO MERCHANDISE SALES PERMITTED – HEALING/DIVINATION SERVICES ONLY.
We are using a new system to collect applications this year called Eventeny. You will be required to make an Eventeny account to use the system, but you can use the same account for any registration with any event that uses Eventeny. If you signed up to be a vendor or submitted programming, you will use that same account.
As part of the application, you will indicate what shifts you are interested in, but those shifts are not guaranteed. Credit card numbers will also be collected but no charges assessed until after the application period closes and the schedule has been set. You must also upload a correctly filled out AND SIGNED ST19 as part of the application so make sure you have it ready to upload before you start the application. Once the schedule is set, we will upload it into Schedulista and publish that to our website, so that people can sign up for a session with you in advance. Onsite, we will have a person outside the room who will help people get checked in (or sign up for last minute appointments) and direct them to the correct cubicle for their service.
