Based on our experience with the 2011 event, we’ve made some changes to our sponsorship levels and given our sponsors more for their support! Here are the details for 2012 : we will update here with any changes for 2013.
Advertise in our program:
(8.5 x 11 sheet folded, so each page is 8.5 by 6.5. Black and white printing.)
- 1/4 page: $20
- 1/2 page: $35
- full page: $60
All advertisers must provide copy-ready images via email, suitable for black and white printing, and suitable for a program with diverse readership. Please email info@tcpaganpride.org if you have additional questions about these requirements. All advertising materials must be received before the program book deadline (to be announced, but approximately mid-February, 4 weeks before the event.)
Depending on sponsorships, we may also have the inside back cover and back cover available for an additional cost. Please inquire if interested.
Sponsorship:
$50 sponsorship has the following benefits:
- 1/4 page ad in our program.
- Brief listing (name/link only) on our sponsor page.
- Link in the sidebar of all Paganicon site pages listing you as a sponsor.
$100 sponsorship:
- 1/2 page ad in our program.
- Listing on our sponsor page, where you may include a web banner/graphic and a short description (up to 100 words) about your business or group.
- Link in the sidebar of all Paganicon site pages listing you as a sponsor.
$250 sponsorship:
- One membership to the 2012 Paganicon event.
- Full page ad in our program book.
- Listing on our sponsor page, where you may include a web banner/graphic and a short description (up to 100 words) about your business or group.
- Link in the sidebar of all Paganicon site pages listing you as a sponsor.
$500:
- Two memberships to the 2012 Paganicon event.
- Full page ad (back cover or inside back cover given at this level on a first-come/first-serve basis).
- Referenced in our publicity as a major sponsor.
- Room sponsorship (opportunity to hang a banner or other signage, in keeping with hotel requirements)
- Listed on our sponsors page as a major sponsor (additional graphics or text possible).
- Featured in the sidebar list of sponsors on each page of the Paganicon website.
A few notes:
Please understand that sponsorships are considered tax-deductible in the amount of the donation minus the cost of benefits. So, for example, if you sponsor Paganicon at the $250 dollar level, you would receive a donation letter for $145 (or the sponsorship amount minus the cost of a full page ad ($60) and membership ($45)). Membership costs are counted at our early registration rate, regardless of the date of the sponsorship.
You may choose not to receive a particular benefit (for example, a donor who prefers not to be named might choose not to be listed, a sponsor who is unable to attend might choose not to receive a membership.)
