Becoming a vendor

We look forward to welcome vendors to Paganicon 2012. Below is all the information you need to know to register.

When: Paganicon itself runs from Friday evening, March 16, to Sunday afternoon, March 18th, 2012. The vendor room will be open on Saturday and Sunday (we’re still determining precise hours). We anticipate time for vendor set-up on Friday night.

Cost: The base cost for vendor spaces is $75 for the weekend. All spaces are 8′ by 6′, and we have 24 total spaces available this year. This includes only the space in our vendor room. We do also offer additional options, priced at the cost the hotel charges us.

  • Hotel-provided table: $15 additional
  • Electrical access: $20 additional ($10 per day)
  • Internet access: $20 additional ($10 per day)

We also offer the option for each vendor to buy up to 2 event registrations for $30 each. You do not need a membership if you are only interested in vending (however, vendor-only registrations will only have access to the vendor room, not other convention areas or events.)

We do not offer a discount for info-only tables at this event, but will have space for free handouts or other materials if you would like to share those kinds of materials.

Location: This year, our convention space will be entirely on the second floor. Only members of the convention will have access to the vendor space, but we anticipate over 200 attendees this year. Bathrooms are conveniently at the end of the event space on the same floor.

Vendor spaces are accessible by elevator, but there is a good distance between the elevator and the vendor space. We’ll make sure that several hotel carts are available for easy transfer of materials.

The vendor room is unlocked shortly before vendor hours open (with a Paganicon staff member present), and locked at the end of vendor hours.

Vendor registrations for Paganicon will open in the middle of September, after Twin Cities Pagan Pride finishes. Sign up for our (very low traffic) info list below to get an email when registration is open.

Vending at Paganicon is open only to members of the convention, but we anticipate 200+ attendees in 2012 (and quite possibly closer to 300.)

We encourage anyone interested in vending with us to sign up for our vendor email list below, a low-traffic announcement list which is used for updates and details about vending at all of our upcoming events.

You’ll also get announcements for our fall Pagan Pride event through this list – we know that vendors have different preferences about which events work for them. We also encourage you to review our vendor policies (a requirement for all vending at our events.)
