Ancestor Altar

In many traditions – Pagan and otherwise – autumn is a time to remember loved ones who have died. Every year at Pagan Pride, we create a communal altar or shrine to remember our own loved ones.

Where?
This year, the ancestor altar will be up in a little nook inside door D in the 3rd floor conference center area (
where programming items are taking place). Someone will be there during the event, if you have any questions.

What?
You are welcome to bring photos, poems, or other tokens for your own beloved dead. Please remember to pick them up when you leave the event! The ancestor altar will be set up from 10am on Saturday until 5pm on Sunday.

Come and spend a few minutes.

Watch the candles.

Remember.
