Dear Merchants and Organizations,

This year’s Pagan Pride Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, September 25th through Sunday, September 26th, at Lake Harriet Spiritual Community, located at 4401 Upton Ave S in Minneapolis.

LHSC is a smaller location then we have had the last few years, so the vendor space is more limited. Please note that registration will be first come, first serve.

This year, we will be offering 8’x6’ and 8’x8’ spaces. The 6’x6’ spaces we have offered in the past seemed to be too small for vendors, but we did want to offer a smaller size for those that prefer it. The price for an 8’x6’ space is $80 and the price for an 8’x8’ space is $100. Early Bird registration will run through July 24th, and will be $60 for an 8’x6’ space and $80 for an 8’x8’ space. To secure the Early Bird price, you must be registered and paid in full as of midnight of that date; registration sent through the mail must be postmarked by that date.

We will also have the special informational group spaces available again, as some organizational groups have said they prefer these spaces outside of the main vendor room. These spaces are reserved for groups that are distributing information only and not selling anything (although they may accept donations). There will be only a few of these spaces available for $50 each, and will also be first come, first serve. The spaces are 6’x6’ and are not eligible for the Early Bird discount.

As in previous years, there is also a $10 discount available if you bring your own table and do not require TCPP to supply one for you. Also, there is a $5 discount for each item you donate to the silent auction worth $25 or more. You may use this discount up to twice (for a maximum of $10 off your booth space). Now that we are a 501(c)3 organization, the value of the item you donate (less the $5 discount) is tax deductible, and we will be providing donation letters at the festival for all silent auction donations. As always, donated Silent Auction items will be displayed with the donor’s name and booth location.

The Vendor Room will be open Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm and Sunday 11:30am-5:00pm. On Sunday, the Festival programming will not begin until 1:00 due to LHSC’s Sunday services, but they are permitting us to open our Vendor Room early to take advantage of that traffic. Doors will open for Vendor set up Saturday at 8:00am. Please plan on being fully torn down and cleaned up by 6:30pm on Sunday.

Remember to list any special requirements you may have on your vendor form. Special requirements include (but are not limited to) access to electricity, specific placements, etc. Be assured that we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee it. Please note that LHSC is not very accessible to those with mobility issues. There are stairs to reach all levels. There is an entry into the Vendor Room directly from the outside which is easier than coming through the front door; however, there is no ramp or elevator.

Below is a link to the online vendor registration, as well as a copy of the paper form that can be filled out and sent via US Mail. Online registration will send you to PayPal at the end of registration for payment; if you need to make your payment with a check or money order, you should use the paper form and send both through the mail.

As always, we are excited and honored to be working with all of you. Please, always feel free to contact us at Vendors@TCPaganPride.org with any questions or concerns that you have, and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Blessed Be – let’s make this another great Pagan Pride festival!
